Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team across Ireland and shall be based in either the Dublin, Cork, Galway, or Dundalk offices, with the option to work remotely within Ireland in a hybrid work environment.
* The primary focus will be on the management of multi-disciplined design-build teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects to agreed targets, including programme, quality, and efficiency.
* The successful candidate will identify and agree project objectives with the Project Director and develop a strategy for achieving these goals.
About You
* You will have relevant experience in DB design/project management and hold a Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
