Experienced Head Chef Required for The Halfway House, Navan Road, Dublin 7
We require an Experienced Head Chef to join & lead a well established team of chefs in The Halfway House. We are high volume food operation, which offers a Carvery that runs daily from 12 noon-7pm, A La Carte Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Menu.
Excellent remuneration package for the right person- €70k plus bonus
The suitable candidate must have:
* A proven track record in a similar role.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in managing a high volume kitchen.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have experience in Carvery as well as A La Carte.
* Work well under pressure.
* The ability to manage, motivate & lead a team of chefs and kitchen porters.
* Work to the highest level of standard of service at all time
* Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
* Manage working hours and kitchen roster.
* Computer skills
* Be Professional & Respectful .
