* Assisting solicitors in the preparation and management of litigation files
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
* Conducting legal research and collating medical and evidentiary records
* Managing case files and adhering to deadlines
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and the courts
* Attending court and taking notes where required
The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
