Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers with managed services expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Tipperary, as regular travel to nearby counties is necessary for this field role.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve client technical issues promptly.
* Provide comprehensive support for IT devices, including laptops and printers.
* Manage tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolution of problems.
* Ensure data backups are performed regularly.
* Configure and build PC and laptop applications and hardware according to specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managed service environments.
* Expertise in troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with hardware components.
* Strong knowledge of application support.
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
* Understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals.
* Experience with Active Directory and firewalls is highly desirable.
