* Manage a high-performing sales team and collaborate with leadership to set budgets and achieve revenue objectives.
* Plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the sales function to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
* Create brand content and execute online and offline marketing initiatives.
* Perform sales activities including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, and client relations.
The ideal candidate has at least three years' experience in senior Sales/Marketing roles. Must have effective people and team management skills and a proven track record of achieving/exceeding department goals and targets.
