Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Residential Social Care Manager.
This position will involve managing two residential services that support young people in reaching their full potential and integrating into the community.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in supervisory and management roles. They will be responsible for providing high-quality care to service users while delivering a stable and engaging workplace for employees.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation, best practice, and individual circumstances.
A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity is required, as well as a qualification in Health/Social Care or equivalent. A full clean driving license and access to a car are also essential requirements.
