Marketing & Communications Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Communications Director to support our Chief Marketing Officer.
This newly created role will be pivotal in executing Echelons' brand strategy and stakeholder engagement plans across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to support Echelon's strategic objectives.
Strengthen our brand and reputation by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels including public affairs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align enterprise marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
Campaign & Content Management
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to include digital, public relations and events.
Manage Echelon website and social media platforms.
Build and manage relationships with external agencies and appropriate partners to deliver high-quality, impactful initiatives.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
Utilise analytics and market intelligence to optimise our marketing strategy and track performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support investor relations and corporate communications by delivering clear, consistent, and considered messaging.
Develop communication plans for key stakeholder groups, including customers, investors, partners, regulators, and communities.
Qualifications & Experience
Appropriate qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience.
A background in infrastructure would be advantageous but not essential.
Proven track record in strategic marketing leadership and brand development with international exposure.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and design platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
