We're seeking a Retention Professional to join our Customer Success Team on a full-time basis at our head office.
This role is ideal for individuals with a friendly and competitive nature who can demonstrate a will to achieve.
Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
A sales background is preferable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Help customers reduce their energy costs and minimize churn
2. Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement
3. Handle calls from customers seeking better energy offers
4. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance
5. Build strong relationships with customers to minimize churn
6. SUPPORT JUNIOR SALES TEAM MEMBERS WITH MENTORING AND COACHING
7. Perform ad hoc phone-based activities as required
8. Utilize a suite of retention tools to encourage customers to stay
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
* Experience working within a sales environment (desirable)
