Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this post is to provide Administration Support to allocated department(s) within Patient Services.

Essential Criteria:

* Leaving certificate or equivalent.
* Administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent ICT skills, with experience in working with ICT packages.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate successfully and sensitively with patients, multidisciplinary staff, and outside agencies.
* A clear understanding of the adherence to patient/staff confidentiality.
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
* Demonstrate a high Level of flexibility and working on own initiative
