As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of store products, providing expert advice and recommendations to maximise sales.
* Ensure the pharmacy is properly merchandised, maintained clean and tidy, and that stock levels are accurately managed.
* Cash handling and stock rotation tasks will also form part of your responsibilities.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and sympathetically, escalating issues as necessary.
* Ensure timely follow-through on customer feedback and resolve issues at local level, escalating to a supervising pharmacist if required.
* Respond promptly and satisfactorily to telephone queries.
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, management, representatives, and support office staff.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
