Job Purpose:The Account Executive serves as a critical liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless coordination across order management, supply chain operations, and client relationship management. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.Key Accountabilities:Supply Chain OptimisationIdentify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency.Support initiatives to reduce lead times and enhance service levels.Supply PlanningCollaborate with supply chain and planning teams to align client demand with inventory and production schedules.Monitor stock levels and anticipate supply needs to prevent shortages or delays.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.Understand client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention.Order Management and CoordinationOversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Coordinate with internal teams to manage order fulfilment and resolve discrepancies.Contract and Documentation ManagementMaintain accurate records of client contracts, agreements, and documentation.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and facilitate timely renewals or amendments.Problem ResolutionAddress and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Reporting and ForecastingGenerate regular reports on client activity, order status, and performance metrics.Assist in demand forecasting and trend analysis to support strategic planning.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.Participate in cross-departmental projects and initiatives.Market and Industry AnalysisStay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Provide insights to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.Regulatory Compliance and DocumentationEnsure all client-related processes adhere to relevant regulatory standards.Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and compliance reviews.Desirable Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Marketing.3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or supply chain operations.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This list of duties is not exhaustive.
