Location
Our Solutions Engineer, DoiT Cloud Intelligence, will be an integral part of our Solutions Engineering team in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Estonia and Sweden.
Product Overview

Provides deep visibility into cloud cost, usage, performance, and optimization opportunities across complex multi‑cloud environments, enabling organizations to make data‑driven infrastructure decisions.
Combines automation, analytics, and expert guidance to identify savings opportunities, improve resource efficiency, and continuously optimize cloud investments at scale.
Designed to power Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Private Equity (PE) operating teams with portfolio‑level insights, benchmarking, and operational tooling to manage multiple cloud environments effectively.
Goes beyond reporting by delivering prescriptive recommendations and automated workflows that help engineering, finance, and platform teams turn cloud intelligence into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Opportunity
As a Solutions Engineer supporting DoiT Cloud Intelligence, you will partner with Account Executives to help enterprises, MSPs, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators unlock actionable insights across their cloud environments—driving cost efficiency, operational visibility, and smarter cloud decision‑making through DoiT’s next‑generation intelligence platform.
Responsibilities

Technical Qualification & Discovery: Collaborating with the Account Executive to thoroughly understand the prospect’s cloud environment, FinOps maturity, cost management challenges, and operational goals through in‑depth technical discovery sessions across engineering, finance, and platform teams.
Technical Validation & POV Leadership: Owning and driving the technical validation and Proof of Value (POV) specifically for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, including meticulous POV preparation, proactive management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes.
Platform Demonstrations: Developing and delivering compelling, tailored demonstrations of DoiT Cloud Intelligence, showcasing capabilities such as cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and operational intelligence across complex multi‑cloud environments.
Business Case & ROI Development: Leveraging your understanding of cloud economics and FinOps to develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses that clearly articulate the financial and operational impact of adopting DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
Partner & Portfolio Motion Support (MSP, PE, SI): Supporting technical engagements with Managed Service Providers, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators by demonstrating how DoiT Cloud Intelligence enables portfolio‑level visibility, operational insights, and scalable optimization strategies.
DoiT Cloud Intelligence Expertise: Becoming the go‑to expert within the company for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, ensuring prospects and partners achieve optimal results and a seamless onboarding experience.
Technical Win Ownership: Taking full ownership of the technical win for DoiT Cloud Intelligence engagements, guiding prospects through the evaluation process, addressing technical requirements, and building confidence in the platform’s ability to drive cloud efficiency.
Event & Conference Presentations: Representing DoiT Cloud Intelligence at company events, webinars, and industry conferences, delivering engaging presentations that highlight the platform’s FinOps capabilities.
Product Feedback and Customer Advocacy: Translating customer pain points, partner requirements, and feature gaps into structured, technically credible input for product and engineering teams.
Accurate, Timely Documentation: Ensuring timely entry of data into internal business support systems and contributing to systems and tools that highlight performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications

7+ years experience at a B2B SaaS software company in a pre‑Solution Engineering role selling into both enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and solutions such as Cloud Management tools, DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, AlertLogic, etc.
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud, with datacenter knowledge of hypervisors like VMWare.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to navigate spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across large data sets.
Good practical understanding of cloud‑centric architectures.
Comfortable working in a metric‑driven environment, reporting and improving business performance against monthly KPIs.
Ability to explain complex technology simply and clearly.
Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Intellectual curiosity, strong problem‑solving skills, and passion for continuous improvement.
Previous experience presenting to executive‑level prospects and customers.
Experience with modern technical selling best practices and competitive selling, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
Proven track record of success in a fast‑growing, scaling business.
