We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.This is an excellent permanent role for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to advance their career within a long established and successful practice.This role will suit solicitors who have gained good experience with a knowledge of Property (residential and commercial) and a strong commitment to developing a career in this area including:Investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings;Buying and selling of residential and commercial properties;Dealing with all financial aspects of transactionsDrafting leases, raising and replying to pre lease enquiries;Experience in Probate law.Applicants must be qualified Solicitors and should have:A strong academic backgroundMinimum 3 years relevant professional experienceExcellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently metAn ability to show a high level of initiative but to work as part of a teamAn ability to manage varied caseloadA strong work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.Salary commensurate with experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: €42,081.83-€80,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cork, County Cork
