Site Operations Manager

The role of a Site Operations Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day activities on construction sites. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

* Manage site teams to achieve project objectives.
* Sustain exemplary health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.
* Responsible for site quality control, specification understanding, and engineering support.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within water sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational capabilities.

Junior Roles:

* Conduct site surveys and setting out.
* Prepare technical drawings and calculations for quality control purposes.
* Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and engineers.
