Role Description

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager/Director for Ireland in a full-time hybrid position. The role is based in the Ireland, with flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, identifying and onboarding new partners, and overseeing their success. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics, provide customer service support, and execute sales management strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and support distributors and agents across Ireland to drive sales performance and achieve annual targets in full compliance with company policies.


• Work closely with the Regional Manager to design and execute localized sales strategies, strengthen business relationships, and expand market presence.


• Analyze consumer preferences and channel dynamics in the Irish market to deliver effective sales solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Gather and interpret market intelligence to identify trends and business opportunities for growth.


• Collaborate with the marketing team and local partners to plan and execute promotional campaigns and channel activations.


• Monitor sell-in/sell-out data, assist in accurate forecasting, and ensure efficient inventory management.


• Address quality issues and customer concerns promptly with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.

Qualifications

1. Solid knowledge of consumer product distribution in Ireland, preferably within 3C, home appliance, or IoT industries. 5
years + experience is required.
2. Expertise in developing new markets, expanding sales channels, and managing key accounts in Ireland.
3. Understanding of retail pricing, forecasting, and account management processes.
4. Experience with cleaning appliances (e.g., robot vacuums, cordless vacuums, floor washers) is a strong advantage.
