Salary: € 35,256 - € 54,370 (LSI*) (March 2025 HSE Pay Scale) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience* Ref: EOI This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.
Essential: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a HR Department or similar related environment Previous experience working within a health service Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders Proven track record of managing high volumes of administrative activity Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative Desirable Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience Evidence of continuous professional development Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
