About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to oversee the successful completion of solar EPC development projects from initiation to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage technical and financial aspects of project management, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
* To monitor and direct site operations, guaranteeing compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* To coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
* To maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* To identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical etc).
* Proven experience working on complex infrastructure projects – utility-scale renewables, rail, HV, Telecoms, datacentres, substations.
* Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
* Solid understanding of project monitoring and control, with expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
