Key Responsibilities
Identify financial planning needs and opportunities for new and existing clients
Deliver tailored financial advice in the areas of protection, pensions, and investments
Maintain a strong understanding of compliance standards and adhere to regulatory requirements
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Provide ongoing advice and after-sales service to ensure continued client satisfaction
Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
Qualifications & Experience
Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) – Essential
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or advisory role in a brokerage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Client-focused with a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Results-driven with a positive, proactive mindset
