What you'll do:
Provide IT support via email, chat & video
Monitor cloud systems & services
Support app testing, documentation & rollouts
Help improve processes through automation
Contribute to security & compliance initiatives (ISO 27001 / SOC 2)
What we're looking for:
Degree in IT / Computer Science (or similar)
Graduate-level scripting (Python, Bash or PowerShell)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Curious, motivated and keen to grow
