About the role:
Lead Trinity College Dublin's HR Partnering and Resourcing functions, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, strategic, and proactive HR service across the university.
This role will be responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategies, providing expert guidance to senior leaders, and ensuring alignment with the university's objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need: Extensive HR leadership experience (7+ years) in a complex organisation (preferably within Higher Education or Public Sector).
Proven experience in HR partnering, resourcing, and workforce planning, at a senior level.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and university governance structures.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
A strategic mindset with a strong ability to drive change and innovation.

Post status: Permanent Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 3 salary scale (€99,841 – €128,928 per annum), in line with current Government pay policy.
