The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role. Responsible for providing a superior level of client service to achieve business objectives. To support an Account Director with a portfolio of clients. WTW's business objectives are Client, Financials, People, and Operational Excellence.
* Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with New Business, Renewals, Claims, and all mid-term alterations and queries.
* Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
* Achieve an appreciation of each client's business and culture.
* Support and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accounts.
* Foster beneficial insurer relationships.
* Follow company procedures for Renewals, Mid Terms Adjustments, and New business.
* Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including compliance.
* Participate in project work.
* Provide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problems.
* Build relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across the regions business.
