Conduct professional client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to drive value and close deals. Lead responses to sales tenders, preparing bid documentation and delivering impactful sales pitches. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement. Provide hands-on customer support to guarantee a smooth post-sales experience. Represent the company at relevant trade shows, business conferences, and networking events. Strategic Sales Contribution: Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts to support effective business planning. Candidate Requirements: Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with both account management and new business development responsibilities. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. High degree of customer focus, with a proactive approach to client service. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and international trade events.
