Chartered Psychologist (Children & Adolescents)
Location: Galway City (with optional remote work)
Contract: Associate / Part-Time
My Psychology Ireland is a warm, supportive psychology practice based in Galway City. We specialise in providing evidence-based psychological therapy and assessment for children, adolescents and adults, both in-person and online. Due to high demand for child and adolescent services, we are expanding our team. This position is open to candidates seeking 2 days work and those seeking more full time hours also.
About the Role
We are seeking a Chartered Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologist to join our child and adolescent service.
The role includes:
* Psychological therapy with children and adolescents
* Optional work with adults
* Psychological assessments (where trained)
* Working as part of an interdisciplinary team
* Flexibility to include some remote appointments
* Full administrative support
We currently have high referral demand, meaning you can build a caseload quickly and choose the number of sessions that suit you.

Qualifications
* Chartered membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) (essential)
* Eligible for CORU registration in 2026
* Own professional insurance
* Experience working therapeutically with children or adolescents
* Strong communication and reflective practice skills
* Doctorate or Masters degree enabling PSI Chartered Membership
