As a result, we are currently recruiting a Group HR Manager to join their Dublin-based headquarters on an initial maternity cover basis with potential growth opportunities.

* €65,000-70,000 dependent upon experience

What will you do as Group HR Manager?
Reporting into the HR Director, you will deliver strategic HR guidance whilst coaching/mentoring the wider HR Team in providing HR Support to all of the company's hospitality establishments. Duties include:
* Act as a key strategic partner to the HR Director, shaping and delivering a Group-wide People Strategy that supports commercial performance and long-term business objectives.
* Contribute to the development of the HR function's vision, structure, and capability to support current and future business needs.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary HR team, ensuring clear accountability, high performance, and strong engagement across all HR disciplines.
* Manage Employee Relations activity across the group, proactively mitigating the risk of external complaints
* Build management capability by delivering targeted Employee Relations training and coaching managers on investigations, case management, and report writing.
* Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional HR projects at Group level, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and outcomes.
* Oversee HR systems and platforms to ensure they are fully optimised and delivering maximum value.

What will you require as Group HR Manager?
* Minimum of 2 years experience at HR Manager Level
* Skilled in coaching and mentoring a team of HR Professionals
* Experience in leading on Employee Relations, devising HR Strategies and managing on HR Projects
* Proficient in Irish Employment Legislation
* Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
