Job Description:
This is a pivotal role for Sales Business Leaders in a 4/5 star hotel, responsible for achieving sales targets and executing a focused sales and marketing plan.
The ideal candidate will be pro-active, energetic and have experience in luxury hotels with a strong mix of corporate/leisure/events business.
* Manage and develop a high performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
* Work collaboratively with the Director of Revenue to set budgets and achieve revenue objectives.
* Plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the sales function to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a senior Sales/Marketing role within a five star hotel.
