Experienced eCommerce Inventory Controller/ Operations Assistant required for a busy e-commerse business.We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day online operations.Key Responsibilities:Inspect and test incoming stock upon arrivalPerform quality checks before orders are dispatchedManage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and handle returns efficientlyRespond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely mannerAssist the dispatch team with packing and order fulfillmentWork closely with other departments as needed within the branchMaintain accurate records of stock, returns, and quality controlUse Excel to track inventory, analyse returns data, and support operational reportingRequirements:Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood with numbers and analytical tasksProficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, filtering, sorting, etc.)Excellent customer service and communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to multitaskAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in eCommerce, customer service, warehousing, or logistics is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingStore discountApplication question(s):We are based in Maynooth, Co.
