Job Summary
The Rine are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at The Inn at Dromoland.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of all kitchen operations
Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard in a fast‑paced environment
Carry out kitchen opening and closing procedures
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Adhere to all Food Safety and HACCP procedures
Assist in different kitchen sections as required
Qualifications
Hold a relevant third‑level culinary qualification
Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Demonstrate high service standards and attention to detail
Be passionate about food quality and presentation
HACCP Level 2 certified
Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
