If you love customer experience, online communities and problem‑solving, this role could be for you.We are seeking anOnline Forum Support Moderatorfor a Technical Software Product Company with a global presence.Youmust haveprior experience in providing direct customer support online in a public, open forum and be able to demonstrate the ability to engage with all types of online forum users and resolve escalated issues, queries and support requests.As this role is an escalation point for Level 1 support moderators, it will not suit a content moderator or policy compliance, content analyst or such operational experienced applicants, unless you also have direct 1-to-1 customer support experience in a public online forum.What You will do:This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting a vibrant online user community, supporting product launches, surfacing customer insights, and ensuring an excellent support experience across a public forum. You will:Lead daily Moderation and monitor an active global online communityReply directly to users and handle complex support queries in a public spaceManage escalations from Level 1 moderatorsProvide quality assurance and uphold voice & tone guidelinesEnsure Community guidelines are upheld and being followedSurface key customer insights for product and engineering teamsSupport major product launches and create launch materials/macrosTrack sentiment, identify recurring issues and close the loop with usersEngage and support Super Users of the ProductsContribute to community projects, experiments and Community ThreadsWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years in Online Customer Support, CX, Community Management or similarExperience providing direct customer support in a public online forum (essential)Excellent written and verbal communicationHigh emotional intelligence and comfortable engaging publiclyProactive, creative problem‑solver with strong collaboration skillsPassion for technology and community‑driven supportSelf-starter & very comfortable with Technology & softwarePreference for a background in Online Forum moderation in a Tech, Software or Digital Product environmentWorking Model =Hybrid or 100% remote (but you must be fully based in Ireland).
