We are seeking an experienced Materials Handler to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be part of a dynamic operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage short-haul trailer movements between two local sites.
* Coordinate trailer positioning for logistics and production teams.
* Act as the main point of contact for incoming drivers, managing yard flow efficiently.
* Perform daily pre-use checks and maintain digital records of movements.
* Assist with yard housekeeping and occasional counterbalance duties.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shunter Driver.
* A full clean driving license AND valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Physical fitness to work outdoors in a busy yard environment.
