About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our team at Club Vitae. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff are trained and engaged, and maintaining high service standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Sourcing, developing, training and appraising personnel in addition to recommending disciplinary action where necessary;

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by reconciling receipts against sales reports or actual takings as recorded on till system is essential
3. The Assistant Leisure Centre Manager may assist the leisure centre manager regarding operational issues.
