Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Role Summary
The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient operation of the ward.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualification: Registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by An Bord Altranais.
* Nursing Experience: At least five years post-registration nursing experience (full-time or equivalent part-time) in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of three years recent experience in a relevant area.
* Leadership Skills: Well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for this role. Computer literacy is also required as well as orthopaedic experience would be beneficial but not necessary for application.
