Salary – €70,000- €80,000
About the Company
This company is a Leading Irish building contractor with a positive reputation for delivering high value and high-quality projects. This contractor works on projects upwards of €40 million, which would be excellent to add to CV. Opportunity for progression for a more senior role in the company down the line.
The Role
* Site Management of projects in compliance with company policies and PCL Quality Management System.
* Manage coordination of projects, to meet programme and ensure hand over of project.
* Direct and Manage PCL direct personnel, site staff and subcontractors.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
* Ensure the general site, compound and boundaries are set up and maintained in good condition throughout the project.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in commercial contracting.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills.
