We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader to join our team as a Director of Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and manage the nursing and midwifery services in one of Ireland's largest healthcare organizations.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and midwives, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
* You will work closely with senior management, medical staff, and other stakeholders to develop policies, procedures, and standards that promote excellence in patient care.
* This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, communication skills (both written & verbal), ability to prioritize tasks effectively, time management skill, decision-making capabilities & more .
The ideal candidate should have experience in directing teams while also possessing relevant professional qualifications such as MSc or BSN.
