About the Company Our client, who operate in the residential housing market, is looking to increase their commercial capacity by hiring a Lead Cost Manager based in Dublin.
This is an exciting time to join this company and there are going through a huge expansion phase at the moment and into 2026.
About the Position Working closely with the commercial director, you will become the main central support in providing expertise in the area of cost management, project management, quantity surveying and capex management for a range a residential project across the country.
Experience/Requirements Within this role you are will: Manage a portfolio of projects from a QS and Cost perspective Responsible for estimating and costings of works required Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors Report to senior directors in project plans and developments.
Manage the legal aspects of the contracts.
Manage preconstruction through to completion For this role you are required to have:10 years' experience in a PQS environment Experience in engineering and construction Experience in large scale construction programs.
Development QS or PQS background Remuneration Package The client offers an excellent package along with benefits.

They have also incorporated a hybrid model and, as this is a senior consulting role, you will be responsible for your location of work on a needs must basis.
