About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing and nurturing customer relationships across European markets. You will take a consultative sales approach, engaging primarily by phone and email to identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and build profitable partnerships. This is a dynamic, target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across your language region (Italian or German markets). Engage with clients to understand their business, uncover opportunities, and recommend appropriate chemical solutions. Deliver against sales targets by identifying and converting new opportunities and maintaining existing business. Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Proactively resolve challenges, negotiate pricing, and secure customer commitment. Accurately manage and update customer information and sales activity in CRM systems. What Were Looking For: Fluent in English with Italian and German (both written and spoken). Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the chemical industry or a technical sales environment. Strong telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively, solve problems, and influence decision-makers. Strong PC literacy and comfort with databases, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting. Eligible to work in Ireland (valid work permit is essential).
