Job Description: POS Payments Delivery Lead at Fiserv
Join Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, as we expand our technology centre in Nenagh, Ireland. We are seeking a POS Payments Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of our next-generation Android-based card acceptance platforms, applications, and data analytics services.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the delivery strategy for Android-based card acceptance applications, focusing on platforms, applications, and data services.
* Build capabilities to meet product roadmaps and business objectives.
* Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure cohesive project implementation.
* Mentor and manage development staff, fostering a positive culture.
* Ensure successful delivery across devices and platforms, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Provide technical guidance to infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
* Experience in a large enterprise environment, preferably in fintech or payments.
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Proven leadership of agile development teams focused on delivery excellence.
* Strong understanding of POS application development and delivery.
* Proficiency in Android Development, Java, Kotlin, and industry standards (PCI, NEXO).
* Knowledge of payment processes and multi-device delivery.
* Security awareness related to applications and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
* Business or payments-related qualifications are advantageous.
