We are seeking a skilled Engineering Support Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring our Engineering department operates smoothly and efficiently.
This key position provides comprehensive administrative support, facilitating communication, documentation control, and training management within the department.
* Manage day-to-day administrative duties within the Engineering department.
* Assist in reviewing, updating, and distributing engineering procedures.
* Oversee the issuance, tracking, and retention of engineering documents.
* Support procurement processes by managing requisitions and purchase orders related to engineering projects.
* Maintain and organize QA Document Rooms.
* Manage meeting room bookings for contractors and visitors.
* Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in document control systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
