The Ciuin Spa is currently recruiting an experienced Receptionist to join our wonderful team.
The award-winning spa offers a wide variety of exclusive treatments for men and women, as well as offering state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy facilities and the latest in online booking technology through our App.
What are we looking for?
The Ciyin Spa and Wellness Centre are currently recruiting a Receptionist within our team on a 12-month Maternity cover contract starting October 2025. This role requires an excellent individual with impeccable presentation, excellent communication & organisational skills combined with a professional telephone manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
This role is 3 - 4 days a week and will involve some weekend work.
Requirements:
* The successful applicant must have impeccable presentation, excellent communication & organisational skills combined with a professional telephone manner.
* Answering the telephone professionally and booking appointments accurately for all treatment rooms, allocating the appropriate therapist and taking all relevant guest requests/details and entering onto the reception system.
* Welcoming guests and ensuring all reception areas are presentable at all times.
* Dealing with cash/credit card transactions, while ensuring all reports/machines/cash balance at the end of your shift.
* Presenting the spa to the guests and explaining the spa's facilities
* Maximising Sales opportunities
* Meeting guests in the Hydrotherapy area and providing an explanation of how each of the facilities works including the Mud Rasul, Hamam Steam, Herb Sauna and Salt Grotto.
* Ensuring that the Hydrotherapy area & the changing rooms are clean and presentable at all times,
* Overseeing that the Reception Waiting area and the Relaxation room are replenished with refreshments and presentable at all times,
