Medical receptionist, working with one other or alone depending on shift, at main reception in GP surgery. Role includes answering 2 phone lines, scheduling appointments, taking clinical messages for doctors, welcoming patients, taking payments, emailing referrals, faxing, scanning daily correspondence, communicating with GPs and nursing staff.
