Job Title: Legal Secretary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our Property Department, you will provide exceptional support to our solicitors.
About the Role:
* Provide legal secretarial support to Solicitors in the Property Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Conduct research and prepare documents electronically on our practice management system.
* Transcribe dictations, format legal documents, and file and invoice accordingly.
* Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents, utilizing the Property Registration Authority website.
* Schedule title documents, prepare Contract for Sale, and closing documentation.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience as a legal secretary, preferably in Property.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong IT and systems capability, and ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities efficiently.
* Strong people skills, collaborative work ethic, and ability to use own initiative and manage time effectively.
* Digital Dictation Skills with 65 wpm+.
