The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the medical devices or wider healthcare sector
* A strong background in commercial acumen, contract management, and strategic account development
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring high-performing teams
* A proven track record of success in managing field-based teams and driving national performance
* An in-depth understanding of hospitals, community services, or healthcare contracts
