This is a Permanent/Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care, including assessment, care plan development, execution, and evaluation.
Providing patients with excellent, caring nursing care, making sure that their mental, emotional, and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
Collaborating with other medical specialists, such as doctors, therapists, and support personnel, to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.
