Job Description:
The Role: Transport Manager (driver experience) This is a hands-on position that combines driving with responsibility for a small fleet and team of two drivers. The successful candidate will ensure all vehicles, drivers and transport activities operate in full compliance with legislation while supporting the smooth day-to-day movement of fresh seafood.
The job holder will work closely with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to meet operational demands. Key Responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily transport schedules, routes and driver allocations; collecting fresh seafood from key ports and suppliers along the East Coast; overseeing day-to-day fleet operations including maintenance planning and issue reporting.
