As a Senior Consultant in Data & Analytics (Reward), you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will collaborate with senior leaders across HR, finance, and business functions, gaining leadership exposure and the chance to shape reward practices in a dynamic, evolving environment. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this positionProven expertise in analysing complex reward data and delivering actionable insights, including total reward benchmarking and gender pay gap reporting.Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical data into clear business recommendations.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reward systems and processes, complemented by excellent organisational and project management capabilities.A strategic mindset with commercial awareness, able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary HR team.3. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months (The What)Lead and deliver comprehensive total reward benchmarking exercises, providing clear insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.Manage and support the annual reward cycle, ensuring salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions are executed accurately and on time.Drive the gender pay gap reporting process, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering insightful analysis to senior leadership.Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and business leaders to implement reward initiatives and communicate changes across the organisation.4. What type of work will I be doing?Your time will be spent analysing market and internal reward data to inform strategy and decision-making.You will be also be involved in managing and coordinating the annual reward cycle activities, including salary reviews and bonus allocations.Another aspect of the role will be reporting and compliance activities, such as gender pay gap analysis and legislative monitoring.A key aspect will be stakeholder engagement, preparing presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement of reward processes.5.
