About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations & Dispatch Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of client orders and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer and dispatch client orders in a timely and efficient manner
\
* Liaise with clients to facilitate requests specific to their orders
\
* Prepare and maintain key files/data related to weekly events
\
* Respond to calls, emails, and urgent enquiries/orders from staff, clients, and suppliers during weekend hours
\
* Process client orders and payments
\
* Assist in maintaining and updating information on our bespoke CRM/booking system
\
\
What You'll Need to Succeed
\
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in administration and customer service, with a strong ability to work independently and make decisions on your own initiative. You will also need to be highly organised, diligent, and methodical in your work.

* Previous experience using CRM systems
\
* A passion for football/sports (although not essential)
