You will be working as part of a strong customer centric team dedicated to providing a professional and efficient service to all our customers. The successful candidate must possess a high level of initiative, attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise workload.Main Responsibilities Are Not Limited To But Will IncludeHandling day to day Customer queries ensuring all customers' needs are met and managed correctlyHandling sales queries ensuring all customers' needs are met and managed correctly and efficientlyQuality Control Management of the orders processedEmail & Ticket query handlingLiaise and co-ordinate with internal departments to resolve daily issuesDaily monitoring, management and maintaining of customer back orders providing daily updates to all relevant customersResponsible for escalating all queries going outside of service level to ManagerMeeting administrative and targets as set by ManagerEnsure all Service levels are achieved and exceededCommunicate effectively with customersThe ideal candidate will be expected to carry out some additional tasks as requiredRequirementsIdeally you are educated to a third level standard in a business-related discipline and you will possess the following attributes:High level of initiative and attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloadExcellent administrative skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office 365Ability to work under pressure within a team environmentAbility to meet deadlines and targetsSelf-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitmentExcellent organisational, analytical and time management skillsOther informationCompany BenefitsPension SchemeBike to Work SchemeGym/Wellbeing ContributionEmployee Purchase SchemePhone Repair DiscountEducational Assistance ProgramCompany EventsFree Parking
