Job Title: Head of Commercial Expansion
The ideal candidate will drive business growth and lead the commercial team to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business expansion strategy aligned with company goals.
* Lead the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive sustained revenue growth across core product lines.
* Analyze market data and identify opportunities for expansion into new geographies and product lines.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and system-selling initiatives.
* Build and manage strong relationships with customers and distribution partners to drive business growth.
* Ensure robust pipeline management and forecasting practices are in place across all regions.
* Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution and delivery.
Commercial Team Management:
* Lead and develop the EMEA Commercial Team, including Regional Sales Managers and their teams.
* Coach and support team members to enhance performance and readiness for continued expansion.
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
Customer Service – Europe:
* Partner with the Customer Service team to deliver high-quality service and support.
* Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to align customer service with operational delivery.
* Support initiatives to enhance service capabilities and expand offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer service, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
