About Stripe and the Team
Stripe is investing in building out its Global Product Sales team to actively engage and drive prospects and customers to help them optimize their local currency presentation and pricing through Stripe’s Adaptive Pricing product across EMEA. Stripe's Global Product Sales team drives revenue and growth by helping users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease so they can focus on their business. Product Sales serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence with influence on Stripe's product roadmap and growth strategy.
What you'll do
* Adaptive Pricing empowers businesses to dynamically optimize their pricing and presentment online, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning in global markets. As part of Stripe’s Optimised Checkout Suite, Adaptive Pricing supports our users with global selling. As an Account Executive for Adaptive Pricing, drive growth in this space for users across EMEA.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, marketing and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive complex deals.
* Lead in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers and build and execute against go-to-market strategy.
* Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform Stripe's product roadmap.
* Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with current and prospective customers.
* Provide deep product and payments expertise to act as a subject matter expert for Adaptive Pricing, Payments and checkout optimization.
* Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales and technical services stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe's products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
* 6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance
* Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
* Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners
* Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
* Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
* Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
* True team player

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This may vary by role, team and location. For example, some sites have higher in-office expectations; the hiring manager will discuss applicable requirements. This approach aims to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility where possible.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £163,400 - £245,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range includes both the sales commissions/bonuses target and annual base salary (OTE). The salary range may include several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications and location. Applicants outside the primary location may request the range for their location during the interview process. Specific benefits and compensation details vary by location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
