About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated team member to support our culinary operations. With at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve service goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene
Passion for food and keen to learn new skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Culinary qualification or relevant training is an asset
