Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of a retail store, ensuring smooth operations
* Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales and service targets
* Drive commercial performance through strong floor presence and KPI management
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
* Ensure high standards of customer experience are consistently delivered
* Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual standards
* Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues professionally
* Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
* Assist with reporting on sales performance and operational results
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent)
* Strong people-management and leadership skills
* Commercially aware with experience driving sales and KPIs
* Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
* Flexible to work across varying schedules, including weekends
